YOGA

With a background in contemporary dance, I began practicing yoga after completing my dance studies, finding great benefit from the mindful approach to movement, breath awareness, and the space for reflection. ​

 

My path into teaching began in 2013 with Jivamukti Yoga, where I have since gained advanced certification. I have furthered my studies by training as a Pregnancy Yoga teacher, attending Postnatal Yoga workshops and qualifying as a Teens Yoga teacher. 

​

I'm grateful to have studied with many wonderful teachers and continue to gain inspiration by exploring a variety of mind-body practices.

What I offer

​​​​My aim in teaching is to create an uplifting and welcoming environment; a relaxed and soulful space for everyone to discover personal variations within their practice.

Flow Yoga

​I teach a flowing vinyasa yoga practice, placing emphasis on breath awareness. Combining a grounding practice with creative sequences; always including some meditation and relaxation practices.​​​​​​​

Pre & Postnatal
Yoga

I offer sessions designed to support you through the journey of motherhood, providing strength, flexibility, relaxation and community.

One to One

I provide personalised one-to-one yoga sessions that can be fully customised to your specific needs, as well as sessions for small groups.
